1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Vayvatech services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and clients.
2. Services Description
Vayvatech provides travel technology solutions including booking engines, travel portals, software platforms, API integrations, and related services. Specific deliverables, timelines, and SLAs are defined in individual service agreements.
3. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, ensuring the accuracy of data you provide, complying with applicable laws and regulations, and not using our services for any unlawful purpose.
4. Intellectual Property
All software, code, documentation, designs, and materials created by Vayvatech remain our intellectual property unless otherwise specified in a written agreement. Client-provided content and data remain the property of the client.
5. Payment Terms
Payment terms are specified in individual service agreements. Standard terms are net-30 for invoiced services. Late payments may incur interest at 1.5% per month. All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vayvatech shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate with 30 days written notice. We reserve the right to suspend services immediately for breach of terms, non-payment, or illegal activity. Upon termination, we will provide reasonable assistance for data export.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Mumbai, Maharashtra, in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
